Frustrated beyond belief!

I can not hear the prompts when Im listening to music through the ap. I went to my sounds settings and I cant find anywhere where you can increase the volume. Very frustrating!!
Also after I finish a run I go to my history and its not there!!!
Let me know if anyone knows how to fix this!
