I got this after I did a 10k trainer, which had me finishing at a 60 minute 10k. This app gets you to that point, then you just jump to running 60 minutes twice in a row. Really? No other steps between there?? Just get to 60 minutes then the next run is 120 minutes? Wasted my $$, had I know that I wouldnt have gotten it since it did nothing more than train me for a 10k, like my free program did.
